ANN has confirmed rumors [see DM] that a teaser for Lucky ☆ Star is included as an extra on The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Volume 4 DVD. According to the last frame of the teaser, Lucky ☆ Star is “coming soon from Kadokawa Pictures USA and Bandai Entertainment Inc.” The full teaser can be seen on YouTube. Bandai Entertainment has declined to comment on the release.

I just waited to blog this when it was official. It was inevitable though, since in the trailer scene the main gag was Aaya switching back and forth between her Haruhi voice and her Konata voice. I kind of have a bad feeling about this…
Now what, a Lucky Star dance contest + concert at AX ‘08? (Hey, it’d give a reason for Aaya to come back, right?)

yay! i can’t wait to buy the DVDs i despise the the english dub voices. i always do in anime but at least i won’t have to look for each of the perts on youtube. ^^ I’m assuming they’ll have the japanese w/ suctitles on the DVDs too like everyone other anime. >< thankies! ^^
